Copper busbars for switchgear & electrical manufacturers
Busbar work is a specialism: cut, drilled, formed and plated copper busbars supplied with material certification on every batch. If you build switchgear, panels or distribution equipment, we can hold agreed pricing on your repeat busbar parts for 12 months and put them in your own online reorder shop — quantity price breaks visible, orders straight into production.
What affects the cost of fabrication?
Material grade and thickness, bend count, weld time, tolerances, finishing — and quantity. Nesting efficiency and batch size drive unit cost down sharply, which is why every quote shows quantity price breaks: you see exactly what 10, 50 or 200-off costs before you commit.
The free DFM review often pays for the order by itself — a bend radius adjusted, a weld replaced by a folded feature, or a tolerance relaxed where it adds no function.
