Every order can ship with the pack rail expects: EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, certificates of conformity, dimensional inspection reports and first article inspection where specified, the full detail is in our traceability guide. Specify the documentation requirement at RFQ and it is priced into the one number you get back.

On rail-specific approvals we are deliberately straight. Requirements such as EN 15085 welding certification or RISQS supplier approval attach to specific organisations and scopes. Tell us the requirement at RFQ: where a job needs an approval we do not have a route to, we say so plainly rather than blur it, and where the work can be placed with an appropriately approved shop in the network, we name that arrangement openly so your quality team can verify it. Yes, and it is one of our strongest fits for rail. We reverse engineer from a sample: 3D scanning, CMM verification of critical features, material identification by PMI and hardness testing, then a new manufacturing drawing set that you own. Parts are then made in batches with shelf spares, so the next twenty years of that component are covered.

We answer this per requirement rather than with a blanket claim, because approvals attach to specific organisations and scopes.
