If any part supplied by TrueNorth Engineering is non-conforming to the agreed drawing or specification, we will remake it or provide a full credit — at no charge to you. No dispute. No delay. Just resolved.

The 12-Month Price Lock

Once we've quoted and shipped a part, we hold that price for 12 months. Reorder within the year and you pay exactly what you paid last time — unless the underlying raw material moves more than 10%, in which case we show you the cost movement and renegotiate fairly. No surprise invoices. No quiet supplier increases.

Both guarantees apply to all orders placed with TrueNorth Engineering Ltd and are in addition to your statutory rights.
